The Burlington Little League Board of Director hosts our Annual All-Star weekend where our hard working players show their skills against other teams, we have our family movie night and even some of our coaches play a crowd pleasing game of 16” Chicago Style ball against the other division coaches. During that time, we honor those who the Board of Directors have chosen to be honored and displayed on the Wall of Honor.

In 2022, Burlington Little Board of Directors wanted to show their gratitude and gratefulness to those before us who gave their time to the players of Burlington Little League and their families. Many of our community members have spent countless hours and years assisting with all aspects of baseball, including field maintenance, coaching and cooking food for our hungry fans, just to name a few. Each of the nominees are called and interviewed by the Wall of Honor Chair and Committee to get to know the honoree a little better and learn their history with the league and community. Then, by a vote from the current years Board of Directors, 5 individuals are chosen to be honored for their time, dedication and passion to the players and the families of this community. This year and forth going, our Board of Directors, Wall of Honor Chair and Committee, have chosen to invite the community to submit someone(s) who they feel have made a significant impact on the Burlington Little League. All nominees will be voted on by the current year’s Board of Directors, Wall of Honor Chair and Committee and the 5 chosen will be contacted by the Wall of Honor Chair. Anyone not chosen that year will be placed for next year’s consideration. Then, during our Annual All-Star’s weekend, we will host a gathering to give thanks publicly to those chosen and names placed on the Wall of Honor for generations of players, families and community members to see.
